How can I change the ticket subject

To navigate forward and backward, click on the arrow-buttons ← and → on the bottom
or on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the purple circles to go to the next step.

  • Open the ticket and click on the subject line on the top.

  • The text changes to italic. Now, you can edit the text. The Subject must have at least 3 letters.

  • Finally, click somewhere outside the subject line to save the text.
