We improved the search for tickets. Add filters to the search field to find your stuff easier.
Combine the filters to search more precisely, e.g.,
Show me all tickets from the contact William and the tag "support"
Show me my tickets from the contact William and the tag "support" or "bug"
Show me all tickets from the agent Joe and the Subject contains "Feedback"
