You now have the option to include the signature of the channel directly in your response, rather than adding it later when you send the message. This gives you the advantage of being able to review and potentially adjust the signature before the message is sent.
If the signature shouldn't be editable by the agent, we recommend leaving it as it is and insert it automatically when the message is sent.
You edit the option in Settings > Channel > select Channel > Edit Signature.
Switch on/off the option Show Signature in Reply-Editor.
