There are two ways to change your password:
As a logged-in user in your profile
Using the Reset Password option on the login page
Administrators cannot change the passwords of other users.
Changing Your Password in Your Profile
Click on the round image (profile picture) in the upper-right corner and select Your Profile.
Enter your new password and your old password, then confirm by clicking Save.
Resetting Your Password on the Login Page
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on Reset Password below the login fields. A confirmation request will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you no longer have access to your email, it is not possible to change your password. In this case, contact your HelpSpace administrator to delete and re-create your user account.
