Introduction

Over time, many tasks can accumulate. Some of them may be marked as completed or deemed no longer relevant. To keep your task management organized, there is a function for archiving tasks.

Steps to Archive a Task

Archive a task
  1. Go to the task you want to archive.

  2. Click on the icon with the three dots in the top-right corner of the task.

  3. Select Archive from the dropdown menu.

  4. An archive-icon appears in front of the task number.

After these steps, the task will be hidden from the board, making your workspace more organized.

Viewing and Restoring Archived Tasks

Steps to View Archived Tasks

  1. Click on the filter button on your task board.

  2. Select the archive filter. This will display only the archived tasks.


Steps to Restore an Archived Task

  1. While the archive filter is activated, find the task you want to restore.

  2. Click on the icon with the three dots in the top-right corner of the archived task.

  3. Select Recover from archive from the dropdown menu.
