Turn off/on email notifications

You can change notification-settings in your profile

If a new ticket arrives on a channel, HelpSpace will send a notification email to all agents. Every agent can turn off this notification in his/her profile. Login to HelpSpace and click on the top-right edge on the user icon and go to "Your Profile".

Go to your profile

Scroll down to notifications

Please choose which notification you want to suppress. If you are entering your support center every day you can simply turn off all of them.
