Can I customize the sender name?

Ticket replies and auto-replies are sent via email with a sender name. The sender name is also known as from name. You may want to change the defaults to a custom name, and there are several placeholders that can be used.

Go to "Settings -> Channels" and select your channel.

Click on "Edit Signature" or "Edit Auto-Reply" to customize the related sender name.
