Many customers are asking us how to add a nice-looking signature like ours. You can simply add custom HTML content with placeholders. Use the placeholder {{user.avatar}}
to add the avatar of your agent. I will show you our code, but I think you can do it even better. Send us your HTML code and an Image of how it looks.

How to do it
Go to Settings → Channel → Edit Signature and add a custom HTML field.
Now, you can add your custom HTML code like ours above.
