To allow another application to access HelpSpace, you need to create an access token, enabling data transfer, such as to your CRM.
Go to Settings → Access Tokens.
Create an Access Token:
Click on Create and enter a name for the token.
Click Create Token.
The new token will appear in the list.
Manage Access Tokens:
You can delete access tokens at any time.
Click Delete next to the token you wish to remove.
