Workspace Usage
Users: Number of subscribed and used users.
Channels: Number of subscribed and used channels.
Docs Sites: Number of subscribed and used Docs sites.
Task Boards: Number of subscribed and used task boards.
To adjust the numbers for each area, click on the edit icon under the right bar.
Subscription Details
Find detailed information about your subscription here:
Your Plan: Name of the HelpSpace plan.
Users: Number of users, adjustable by clicking on the edit icon.
Billing: Monthly or annual billing.
Status: Indicates whether the plan is active.
Change Plan
Click Change Plan to select a different plan or modify add-ons.
Cancel Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription to end your subscription. HelpSpace can still be used until the end of the already paid period.
When canceling, you will be asked to provide a reason for leaving. This feedback helps us better understand your needs and improve our services.
Payment Details
Displays the amount for the next invoice.
Shows the date of the last payment and the next due date.
Payment Method
Displays the payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.
Add-ons
View a list of added add-ons to track your purchases.
Coupons
View a list of redeemed coupons.
