If you want your Docs site to be available from your domain, such as support.yourdomain.com, follow these steps:

  1. Access Site Settings:

    • Go to Docs[Your Site Name].

    • Click the settings gear icon next to the site name.

  2. Configure Custom Domain:

    • Find the field labeled Custom Domain.

  3. DNS Configuration:

    • After saving your custom domain, DNS configuration instructions will appear.

    • Add the provided DNS record to your domain settings. If you're unsure how to set up DNS records, you can enter your administrator's email address to send them the instructions.

Important Note

  • HTTPS Certificates: We handle HTTPS certificates on our end. It's not possible to set up your certificates.

  • Provider Configuration: Ensure your provider directs all requests directly to our IP. For example, in Cloudflare, set the option to DNS only for your entry.
