To prevent notifications from getting lost in the daily flood of emails, it can be helpful to redirect notifications to a Slack channel. The agents can then deactivate the email notification in their profile and still stay informed.
Basically, one of two display types can be selected.
How to set it up?
Slack Integrations can be set up by an Admin in the section Settings → Integrations
Just enable the integration and enter the "Slack Webhook URL" of your Slack group. Finally, you can select which notifications should be delivered. That's it.
