How to open a new ticket for your customer

Go to the ticket navigation and click underneath the menu on the Create Ticket button.

A new dialog opens, and you can create your ticket.

Fields / Functions

Description

From Channel 

Select your channel from which you want to send 

To

Enter your email recipient. If you enter a name, it automatically searches in the customer database for the email address. 

Cc/Bcc 

Enter your Cc/Bcc email recipient. If you enter a name, it automatically searches in the customer database for the email address. 

Subject 

Email subject/ticket title 

Message

Enter your message. You have multiple functions to design your message.

Read receipt

It's highly important for us that every message is delivered to your customer. To make the delivery process easy to follow there is an icon on the downright corner of your message. It has three different status:

Receiving mail server didn't process the message

Receiving mail server received your message - Good.

Download.pngYour customer opened the message - Perfect!

Note: If your customer is blocking our tracking pixel the second arrow will never appear.
