Go to the ticket navigation and click underneath the menu on the Create Ticket button.
A new dialog opens, and you can create your ticket.

Select your channel from which you want to send
Enter your email recipient. If you enter a name, it automatically searches in the customer database for the email address.
Enter your Cc/Bcc email recipient. If you enter a name, it automatically searches in the customer database for the email address.
Email subject/ticket title
Enter your message. You have multiple functions to design your message.
For you and so for us it's extremely important that every message is delivered to your customer. To make the delivery transparent for you, we show the delivery state on every message you send. Its located on the downright corner of your sent message.
Just sent? - We have no receipt jet.
Customers mail server receiver your message - Good.
Your customer opened the message - Perfect!
Note: If your customer is blocking our tracking pixel the second arrow will never appear.
