Quick Replies are a time-saving tool that consist of pre-written text snippets. They simplify the process of composing messages and help to maintain a consistent language within your team.
Add a Quick Reply to the message
Simply open the Quick Reply menu and click the title of the desired text snippet.
Creating Quick Replies
You have the option to create Quick Replies either directly in the reply box or in section Settings → Quick Replies.
To create a Quick Reply, simply write a message in the reply box and then select Quick Reply → Save this reply.
A window will then open allowing you to further customize the text snippet by adding a title and placeholders.
Editing Quick Replies
To modify an existing Quick Reply, simply open the Quick Reply menu and click the edit button located next to the desired text snippet.
