Depending on the requirements, different roles can be assigned to users. Below is an overview of each role and their corresponding access levels.
Superadmin
Access: All areas
Note: The first user is created automatically with the first sign-in and assigned the Superadmin role. You cannot change a user to a Superadmin. For changes, contact support at support@helpspace.com with the username and email address of the new Superadmin.
Admin
Access: All areas except billing and usage
Agent
Access: Work with all tickets
Team Agent
Access: Own and team assigned tickets only

Billing
Access: Billing and usage only
