A task is divided into two main sections:
The larger left section contains the content of the task, including
title
description
attachments
sub-tasks
comments
links to related tickets
The smaller right section contains organizational information, such as
status
assigned agent
priority
due date
board
watchers
tags
customer
Any agent with the necessary permissions can modify the ticket and add additional information. The comments section allows for documenting progress and exchanging ideas with other team members. Favicons can also be used to reply to comments.
