To fully utilize HelpSpace and provide optimal support to your customers, a HelpSpace subscription is required. You must sign in as the Superadmin of your workspace or as a user with "Billing" permissions.
Creating a Subscription
Go to Settings → Subscription.
Click Select Plan in the subscription details section
The Find Your Plan dialog will open.
Choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers a discount.
Specify the quantities for:
Users
Channels
Docs Sites
Task Boards
Based on your selection, we will recommend the appropriate plan or show available options. Note that different plans may have varying minimum and maximum user limits.
Click Select Plan when you’ve made your decision.
A new browser window will open. If a pop-up blocker is active, disable it for app.helpspace.com and click Start Payment Process.
Enter your details and click Continue:
Email Address
Country
ZIP/Postcode
Provide your credit card details or select PayPal.
If you have a coupon, apply it under Add Discount.
Enter your VAT ID (if applicable) under Add VAT number. You can also add your company name and billing address here.
Finalize your subscription by clicking Subscribe now.
