The AI features in HelpSpace are currently in beta. They are being developed step by step and continuously improved.

Our goal is to provide a GDPR-compliant AI solution for customer support that allows data to be processed securely. For this purpose, we operate our own AI server, hosted in Germany by a German provider.

The AI features are only available in the Business Plan.

AI Summary

AI Summary automatically creates a summary of the conversation history in a ticket. The summary is displayed at the top of the ticket and helps you quickly understand what the request is about, what has already happened, and which points are important.

A summary is created when a ticket contains at least two messages and at least one of them is from the customer.

The summary is automatically updated when new customer messages are added. Messages from agents do not trigger an automatic update.

You can enable or disable this feature under Settings → Workspace.

Improve writing

With Improve Writing, you can improve an existing reply draft. HelpSpace AI refines wording, spelling, and grammar so your response sounds clearer, more professional, and easier to understand.

Generate Reply

With Generate Reply, HelpSpace AI creates a first reply draft based on the information in the ticket. You can then review, adjust, and optimize the draft before sending it to the customer.

Translate To

With Translate To, you can automatically translate a written reply draft into another language. This makes it easier to reply to customers in their own language and helps reduce language barriers in support.

The following languages are currently supported: Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish.
