HelpSpace does not have an iPhone or Android app. However, the web app has a responsive design, which means that it automatically adapts to the screen size of your phone or tablet.
Here are some important tips to make your life easier on the go.
Add Icon to Home Screen
Open the Safari browser and go to your HelpSpace workspace on the iPhone or iPad. Click on the Safari sharing button and select Add to Home Screen (red). An HelpSpace icon will be added to your home screen to access the app quickly.

Navigation In Tickets
Here, you will find information on how to navigate between the main ticket menu and the contact details of a ticket.
Select an inbox view (red) to show the tickets:
Press on the menu icon (red) to return to the main ticket menu or select a ticket (yellow):
Press on the arrow-left (red) to return to the tickets or select arrow-right (yellow) to see the contact details:

Here, you will find information navigating between the docs main menu and an article.
Go to the docs and press once on a site (red):
The cog icon appears on the right. Push on the site (red) again to see the articles or select the cog icon the open the site settings (yellow):

Press on the arrow-left (red) to return to the articles or select arrow-right (yellow) to see the article details:
