HelpSpace utilizes Postmark and AWS to send emails. If you prefer not to have emails sent on your behalf, you can opt to use SMTP instead. In that case, emails will be sent via your email server.
We are currently transitioning from Postmark to AWS in stages, as we've had better experiences with AWS. This article explains how to switch your channel to AWS.
How to Migrate Your Channel to AWS
Go to Settings → Channels → Channel.
Click the button labeled Click here to migrate your channel now.
If the button is not visible, please send us a message at support@helpspace.com, and we will enable the option for you in the backend.
Next Steps
The migration process involves two steps, similar to when you initially set up your channel:
Email Forwarding: Adjust the forwarding settings in your email provider.
Update DNS Records: Add the new DNS records to your DNS provider.
